In the event your device requires service, all you have to do is submit a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request through Elo's online portal. If phone support doesn’t resolve the issue, we will ship you a replacement unit next business day.<br><br>How AUR Works<br>1. Request RMA<br>Request an AUR replacement by submitting a Returned Material Authorization (RMA).<br><br>2. Replacement Unit Shipped<br>Once the request is verified and an RMA number is issued, a replacement unit is shipped along with return instructions.<br><br>3.
